Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Snugubsaustrolia, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully informed about our return and refund methods and procedures.
30-Day Return Policy
Valid for Australia orders
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return or replacement.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@snugubsaustrolia.com.au. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide details on how to proceed, including the return address and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Wrong Products or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
All return inquiries should be made at support@snugubsaustrolia.com.au. Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@snugubsaustrolia.com.au. We also exchange products that are damaged, defective, or sent in the wrong size or variant.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through PayPal to the account used for your purchase. Refund processing time is 5 to 7 business days.
Please allow some time for PayPal to complete the refund process.
Exclusions
Please note the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale, discounted, or special offer items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Underwear and intimate apparel, for hygiene reasons
- Any tips or gratuities added at checkout
- Final sale items
Tips are non-refundable, even in cases where a partial or full product refund is approved.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@snugubsaustrolia.com.au. After this window, your order may already be processed for shipment and can no longer be cancelled. Please also refer to our Shipping Policy page for further information on order processing.
