Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. All prices listed in our store include shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Transit & Handling Time for Australia Orders

In general, our total delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as courier availability, public holidays, and customs processes.

Latest order time: 11:00 AM (AEST)

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Fri)

Delivery time: 6 to 8 business days (Mon-Fri)

Total delivery time (Processing + Delivery): 7 to 10 business days (Mon-Fri)

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

Change of Delivery Address

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@snugubsaustrolia.com.au and we will do our best to assist before your order ships.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@snugubsaustrolia.com.au. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival, we recommend you reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately.

If your parcel was delivered while you were not present and you discover damage upon opening, please reach out to our support team at support@snugubsaustrolia.com.au. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
